Amend Parenting Time (Visitation) – No Agreement – Forms for Both Parties

You may use these forms only if:

  1. You have a North Dakota state court judgment that gave you or the other party parenting time (visitation).

AND

  1. One of the parties wants to request that the Court change, or amend, the parenting time (visitation) provisions in the judgment.
