Judge Fontaine honored for service as presiding judge in NEJD Tuesday, November 26, 2019
Presiding Judge Laurie Fontaine was recognized by her colleagues and staff during the Northeast Judicial District Judge’s Meeting held on Sunday evening, November 24th in Bismarck. Incoming Presiding Judge Donovan Foughty presented Judge Fontaine with a plaque that recognized her 7 years of service as Presiding Judge. She was elected Presiding Judge effective February 1, 2013; Re-elected in 2016 and 2019; and resigned effective 12/31/19.
