Judge Racek will not seek reelection in ECJD Tuesday, December 10, 2019

East Central Judicial District Presiding Judge Frank Racek has announced that he will not be running for reelection in 2020. Judge Racek served as a county judge from 1988-1994 and was first elected district judge in 1994.

A University of North Dakota School of Law graduate, he was admitted to the bar in 1982. He was engaged in the private practice of law in Fargo from 1982-1988.
