14 05/14/1996 six months and he must serve a two month probationary
15 05/14/1996 period after completion of his suspension for violating
16 05/14/1996 Rules 1.3 (diligence), 1.4(a)(communication), NDRPC; and
17 05/14/1996 before January 1, 1988, Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(1)
18 05/14/1996 (miscoduct), 6-101(A)(3) (failing to act competently),
19 05/14/1996 7-101(A)(2) (representing a client zealously), and
