Southeast Judicial District, Sargent County
Richard W. Grosz
2000 ND 161615 N.W.2d 511
Highlight
Parental rights will be terminated if: 1) the child is deprived; 2) the conditions and causes of the deprivation are likely to continue; and 3) the child is suffering, or will in the future probably suffer serious physical, mental, moral, or emotional harm.
In determining the likelihood of continuing deprivation, a court may consider parental cooperation with social service agencies.
