Highlight
When parties move to compel discovery, they are required to include certification that they have in good faith conferred or attempted to confer with the person or party failing to make discovery in an effort to obtain it without court action.
A party has a duty to supplement its responses to interrogatories if the response is incomplete or incorrect, and supplemental responses must be made within a reasonable time before trial.
