Summary

A.V., mother of K.V., E.D., father of K.V., and K.V. appeal from the district court findings of fact and order for disposition.

The trial court found K.V. committed the delinquent acts of criminal trespass, fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, and reckless driving.

On appeal the appellants argue N.D.C.C. § 12.1-22-3(3)(b) is void for vagueness and insufficient evidence supported finding K.V. committed criminal trespass, fled or attempted to a elude a police officer, or he drove recklessly.
