Case No. 2020-CR-01843
South Central Judicial District, Burleigh County

Parties' Statement of Issues
Whether sufficient evidence existed to warrant a guilty verdict?
Whether the evidence was sufficient to support Reddog’s conviction.
Barry Reddog appeals after a jury found him guilty of robbery with a firearm, destructive device, or other dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit felonious restraint.
In July 2020, Bismarck police officers responded to a call about a male screaming for help. At trial, the victim testified that a male with a firearm and a female approached him outside his apartment. The victim testified he was tied up and could hear his belongings being taken. The jury found Reddog guilty of robbery with a firearm, destructive device, or other dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit felonious restraint.
On appeal, Reddog argues there was insufficient evidence presented at trial to support the convictions.
