    [5] The District Court erred in failing to consider defendant proposed parenting plan and additional supervisors due to conflicting/questionable/misleading testimony by the plaintiff.
    [6] The District Court erred when it denied motion for continuance submitted by the defendant due to a misleading affidavit submitted by the plaintiff.
