    I. The juvenile court erred in determining that there was clear and convincing evidence that the conditions and causes of deprivation are likely to continue.
    II.The juvenile court erred in determining there was clear and convincing evidence that the children will probably suffer serious physical, mental, moral, or emotional harm without termination.

    I: The juvenile court did not err in finding there was clear and convincing evidence to support a finding that the children were in need of protection and that the conditions and causes of the need for protection are likely to continue.
    II: The juvenile court did not err in finding there was clear and convincing evidence that the children would likely suffer serious physical, mental, moral or emotional harm without termination of parental rights.

Summary

C.B. appeals from the juvenile court’s judgment terminating parental rights to her two minor children, P.R.-K. and K.R.-K. On June 28, 2021, P.R.-K. was placed in the custody of the Ward County Human Service Zone (WCHSZ). On October 7, 2021, K.R.-K. was placed in the custody of WCHSZ. On January 18, 2023, WCHSZ filed petitions to terminate C.B.’s parental rights. On July 21, 2023, the court terminated C.B.’s parental rights.

On appeal, C.B. argues the juvenile court erred in determining conditions and causes of deprivation are likely to continue. C.B. also argues the court erred in determing the children will suffer physical, mental, moral, or emotional harm without termination.
