LOCAL RULE 3. PLEA AGREEMENTS

Pursuant to Rule 11, NDRCrimP and Rule 57 NDRCrimP, Local Rule 3 is hereby adopted as follows:
All Plea agreements shall be in writing, signed, and dated by the Defendant, the Defendant's attorney, and the prosecuting attorney. Such agreements shall be filed with the Judge no later than 24 hours prior to the time set for consideration of the agreement.
