LOCAL RULE 1. CASE REASSIGNMENT PROCEDURE

1. Local Court Rule 1 is hereby amended as set out below effective immediately.

2. Demands for change of judge must be made within ten days in accordance with N.D.C.C. § 29-15-21 and will be forwarded to the Presiding Judge and managed by the calendar control clerk.

3. If the demand for a change of judge is made against the Presiding Judge, the demand will be forwarded to the judge who would be acting Presiding Judge if the Presiding Judge were absent.

4. It is the intent that this rule will remain in effect unless and until the same is amended or repealed by the Presiding Judge of this district.
