8th Circuit decides N.D. case Friday, June 30, 2023

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has decided a North Dakota case.

In United States v. Evan the court held that defendant's sentence was not based upon consideration of an improper or irrelevant factor, and the sentence imposed was not substantively unreasonable.
