8th Circuit decides N.D. case Monday, April 1, 2024
In United States v. Joe Johns, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit concluded Johns's appeal fell within the bounds of his plea agreement’s appellate-waiver provision and dismissed Johns's appeal.
