8th Circuit decides N.D. case Wednesday, February 3, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has affirmed a summary judgment in a North Dakota sexual harassment case.

The court concluded that the district court did not err in granting the Minot State University's motion for summary judgment as the plaintiff did not establish that the school knew of the acts of discrimination as it was undisputed that plaintiff did not inform the school of her relationship with a teacher until her attorney notified the school nearly a year after she graduated.
