8th Circuit decides N.D. case Monday, March 22, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued a per curiam opinion in a North Dakota criminal case. The court decided that it would not consider the defendant's ineffective assistance of counsel claims in a direct appeal and that the sentence imposed was not substantively unreasonable.
