8th Circuit decides N.D. case Tuesday, June 29, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case. The court held that the evidence was sufficient to support defendant's guilty plea for attempted sexual exploitation and that the district court did not abuse its discretion in making defendant's sentence for cyberstalking consecutive to his sentence for the two counts of attempted sexual exploitation.
