8th Circuit decides N.D. case Tuesday, July 6, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case involving revocation of supervised release. The court held that the sentence imposed upon the revocation of defendant's supervised release was substantively reasonable and not an abuse of the district court's discretion.
