8th Circuit decides N.D. case Friday, August 20, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued a per curiam opinion in a North Dakota probation revocation case. The court held that the sentence imposed upon the revocation of defendant's supervised release was not substantively unreasonable.
