8th Circuit decides N.D. case Friday, February 17, 2023

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case.

In United States v. Wells the court held that defendant's appeal waiver was valid, enforceable, and applicable to the sentencing issues raised in this appeal; appeal dismissed.
