8th Circuit decides N.D. case Thursday, April 27, 2023

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case.

In United States v. Wymore the court held that the appeal waiver in defendant's guilty plea was valid, enforceable, and applicable to the issue raised in the appeal, and the appeal is dismissed.
