8th Circuit decides two N.D. cases Thursday, March 10, 2022

The United States Court of Appeals has issued opinions in two North Dakota cases.

The court held that defendant's sentence was not procedurally flawed because the district court did not lengthen his sentence for rehabilitative purposes; the sentence imposed was not substantively unreasonable.
