New U.S. District Judge Welte takes oath Wednesday, August 7, 2019

New United States District Judge Peter Welte took the oath of office from Eighth Circuit Judge Ralph Erickson on Aug. 6.

The judges signed the appropriate paperwork after the oath ceremony.
