U.S. District Court issues order on filing sensitive documents Tuesday, January 12, 2021

The United States District Court for the District of North Dakota has issued a standing order on the filing of highly sensitive documents.

The order states in part that, due to recent breaches of government and private computer systems, "good cause exists to require all parties to file certain highly sensitive documents outside of the court’s electronic filing system."
