U.S. District Court issues updated COVID-19 order Monday, March 22, 2021

The United States District Court for the District of North Dakota has issued an updated administrative order on court operations. The order reflects that CARES Act provisions permitting video and teleconferencing have been extended for another 90 days, until June 23, 2021.  The language regarding isolating and quarantining now includes a reference to the North Dakota Department of Health guidelines.
