U.S. District Court issues updated COVID-19 order Monday, June 21, 2021

The United States District Court for the District of North Dakota has issued an updated COVID-19 order.

The Administrative Order retains the entrance screening protocols for the District's Courthouses, but the CARES Act provisions authorizing video conference and teleconference for a wider range of hearings have ended. 

The court will continue to use video and teleconferencing in the manner it did prior to COVID and as directed by judicial officers.
