This annual report on departures from mandatory minimum sentences is compiled and distributed pursuant to North Dakota Century Code 12.1-32-02.3(3).

For the time period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, the state court administrator received one report of a departure from the mandatory minimum sentence. The case number and details of the departure were not included in the report.
