Courthouses to Close for 4th of July Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Wells County Clerk of Court’s office will be closed on Thursday, July 3, 2025. If you should need assistance, please call the Eddy County Clerk of Court’s office at 701-947-2434 ext. 4

Sargent County Courthouse will be closed on July 3rd and July 4th. However, on July 3rd, the Clerk’s Office will be available through email, File & Serve, Odyssey as well as by cell phone at 701-680-8521 for emergent circumstances.

Cavalier County Courthouse will close at noon on July 3rd, if an emergency arises please contact the Pembina County Clerk of Court at  701-265-4373 for assistance.
