The Office of Attorney General and Department of Trust Lands (“Land Board”) seek applicants for the position of Co-General Counsel. This position will advise and provide input on the direction of the agency legal division and its functions. The Co-General Counsel will provide senior management with effective advice on agency strategies and their implementation, manage the legal functions, and obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel. The Co-General Counsel will be involved in complex agency transactions relating to negotiation of critical contracts, settlements, legislation, administrative rules, and development of procedures and programs to ensure compliance with agency policy and state statutory requirements.
