N.D. Attorney General opinion: Dec. 30 Monday, January 3, 2022

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has issued an opinion that the requirement for recusal of a public official if there is an appearance of bias to a reasonable person is not manifestly contrary to the federal constitution and therefore likely to be upheld by a court of competent jurisdiction.
