Court seeks comment on proposed rule amendments Monday, July 15, 2019

The Supreme Court has issued a Notice of Comment on proposed amendments to N.D.R.Civ.P. 11 (Signing of Pleadings, Motions, and Other Papers; Representations to Court; Sanctions) and N.D.R.Crim.P. 3 (The Complaint), 4 (Arrest Warrant or Summons upon Complaint), and 41 (Search and Seizure).

Comments are due August 12.
