The Supreme Court has amended the Rules of Professional Conduct to add clarifying language on fees. The amendments are effective July 1, 2022. -

Justice Beryl Levine 1935-2022
Retired Supreme Court Justice Beryl Levine died June 4. A graduate of the UND School of Law, she was the first female Justice on the North Dakota Supreme Court. She was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1985 and retired in 1996. -
