SCJD updates mask and social distancing order
The South Central Judicial District has updated its mask and social distancing order. In most instances, masks will no longer be required in courtrooms. -
Changes to appellate rules effective March 1
Amendments to the Rules of Appellate Procedure took effect March 1. The rules will be applied to all documents filed on or after March 1, regardless of the status of the appeal. -
