Kermit Bye 1937-2021
Former U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Kermit Bye died March 20. A 1962 graduate of the UND School of Law, he was confirmed to the 8th Circuit bench in 2000. Memorial services will be held March 27 at Hope Lutheran Church in Fargo.
Dorothy Adam 1940-2021
Longtime Cavalier County Clerk of Court Dorothy Adam died March 22. She started working for Cavalier County in 1972 and served as Clerk of Court for more than 20 years. Funeral services will be held March 27 at United Lutheran Church in Langdon.U.S. District Court issues updated COVID-19 order
