The state court system is pleased to announce three upcoming training sessions related to assisting vulnerable adults. All three sessions are via Zoom and require advance registration at no cost.

Court considering rule amendments related to unsworn declarations

The Supreme Court is seeking comment on wide-ranging amendments to the rules of procedure consistent with the Uniform Unsworn Domestic Declarations Act. Comments are due Nov. 6.
