Gary Thune 1942-2019

Longtime Bismarck attorney Gary Thune died Dec. 1. A UND School of Law graduate, he was admitted to the N.D. bar in 1974. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo.

Courthouses closed for Thanksgiving holiday

The Supreme Court and courthouses across the state will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. The Supreme Court and the courthouses in Barnes, Burleigh, Cass and Morton counties will be open Friday. The state's other courthouses will be closed.
