Advisory Commission on Electronic Media in the Courtroom

The Advisory Commission on Electronic Media in the Courtroom is established by Supreme Court rule and governs electronic and photographic media coverage of court proceedings. The Commission generally monitors the experience with electronic media in the North Dakota Supreme Court, district courts, and municipal courts.
