Committee on Legislation

The Committee on Legislation, a standing committee of the Judicial Conference, drafts, reviews, and tracks proposed legislation that may affect the North Dakota court system.  During legislative sessions, the Committee provides weekly reports to the members of the conference on legislation that could affect judicial services.
