Beginning as early as this week the North Dakota legislative branch domain name will be changing from legis.nd.gov to ndlegis.gov. -

Wayne Stenehjem 1953-2022
North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem died Jan. 28. A UND School of Law graduate, he was admitted to the N.D. bar in 1977. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, at the Bismarck Event Center Exhibit Hall. -
Court seeks comment on conduct rule amendments
The Supreme Court is seeking comment on proposed amendments to Rules of Professional Conduct 1.5 and 1.15 regarding fees. Comments are due no later than Feb. 21. -
