Courthouses closed April 14

The Supreme Court and the Billings, Burleigh, Dunn, Foster, Kidder, McIntosh, Oliver, Ramsey, Rolette, Stark, and Wells County courthouses will be closed Thursday, April 14, due to the weather. The LaMoure County Clerk of Court's office is closing at 9 a.m.

Courthouses closed April 13

The Supreme Court and the Billings, Bowman, Burleigh, Cavalier, Dunn, Grand Forks, Golden Valley, Kidder, McIntosh, McKenzie, Morton, Mountrail, Oliver, Pierce, Ramsey, Rolette, Stark, and Stutsman County courthouses will be closed Wednesday, April 13. Dunn, Oliver, Rolette, and Ward County will also be closed Thursday, April 14.

Supreme Court offices closed due to weather

The physical offices of the Supreme Court, Clerk of the Supreme Court, Law Library and Office of the State Court Administrator will be closed throughout the duration of the current winter storm in Bismarck. Services will continue to be available through employees who are working remotely.

County courthouses closed April 12

The Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Kidder, Golden Valley, McIntosh, Morton, Oliver and Stark County courthouses will be closed Tuesday, April 12, due to the weather. Burleigh, McKenzie, Nelson and Wells County will be closing at noon. Eddy County is closing at 1 p.m., Benson and Rolette County at 1:30 p.m., McHenry County at 2 p.m., and Mountrail and Ramsey County at 3 p.m.
