Richland County hosts student mock trial

Fifth grade students from throughout Richland County conducted a criminal jury trial with students playing all of the roles, including jurors who deliberate and return a verdict.

The Veterans Treatment Court in Unit 1 has officially celebrated its 1-year anniversary.

The program has had one graduate from the program and eight students are currently utilizing the program.

North Dakota District Judge Donovan Foughty, was the moderator of a national panel on a program sponsored by the National Association of Women Judges on May 8, 2024. The program was entitled “Microaggressions: Part 2, "When the Judge Commits the Microaggression”.
