The Judicial Nominating Committee has named four attorneys as finalists for appointment to the South Central Judicial District judgeship vacancy that will be created by the retirement of Judge Gail Hagerty. They are Jessica J. Binder of Stanton and Paul H. Myerchin, Matthew A. Sagsveen and Bobbi Brown Weiler, all of Bismarck. -

The East Central Judicial District has hired Stephanie Hayden as a judicial referee. She will be responsible for conducting and presiding over formal hearings and court cases involving child support, small claims, civil traffic, evictions, orders for protection, paternity and other cases as assigned. -
